Abstract

Effective project management training needs the following: 1. Practice with real business cases and follow-ups in the workplace. 2. Training not only for project managers, but also functional managers. 3. Experienced and skilled seminar leaders to run the seminars. If project management training is important, developing good seminar leaders is as important as developing training courses.
