Abstract
Recently, admiration concerning the metrics data measurement has risen as attention and the quantitative project evaluation such as an Empirical approach are focused. This article introduces the empirical study of adapting Measurement-based Decision Making concept that referring the medical science especially Pathology, and simple but strong metrics data measuring and pattern analyzing are effective to validate and verify the health condition and quality level. In the background of developing the modern medical treatment, progress of the measurement and analysis method of the data of pathology is indispensable. In software science such as the software engineering or modern project management area, we have to contribute to collect the quantitative metrics data and make them to the knowledge in their organization.
