Abstract
Personal PM Research Group has been organized within the Society of Project Management. "Personal PM" stands here for the individual's goal achievement by applying modern PM. The study aims at the establishment of Personal-PM as one of modern PM domains, useful for the majority. In this paper, the group objectives, subject areas, and the activity principles are discussed.
