Abstract
 TR-WAXS at SACLA BL3 examined structural dynamics in rhodopsin after retinal photoisomerization. We collected profiles up to 10ps post-green laser activation, using red light as control. SVD analysis showed one main signal per experiment. The rhodopsin response in green light differed from red light and from the CHAPS solvent control, suggesting distinct structural changes.
