シリカゲル法による酸化鉄磁性粒子合成におけるMo添加の影響

抄録

The silica gel was prepared by reacting a mixed solution of aqueous iron nitrate with Mo compound and ethanol solution of TEOS. ε-Fe2O3 nanoparticles were synthesized by heating this gel, after which the silica was removed with a sodium hydroxide solution. The effect of Mo addition was discussed in relation to the formation temperature of the iron oxide phase, its particle size, and magnetic properties. The results showed that the addition of Mo tended to form ε-Fe2O3 at low temperatures and increase the particle size.
