The purpose of this session is to have the presenters read Chapter 4 “risk communication” of ‘The Encyclopedia of Risk Research’ edited by The Society for Risk Analysis, Japan, and talk about the good points, insufficient viewpoints for further improvement, and future development. This paper summarizes the speakers’ comments based on their papers, and the organizer discusses about them.
