A Web Site for Increasing Regional Power by using Open Source CMS

Abstract

For increasing regional power, the emphasis is on activities that citizens take the initiative. In Seto city, information about such activities is provided one-way on the city's website. In this study, we develop and operate a website that citizens can provide such information and have relationships with each other by a governing structure consisting citizen-government-academia and open source CMS.
