In recent years, we are anxious about whether the young person’s conversation power decrease by an increase in the use of the Internet tool for communications according to rapid progress of informatization. Then, we set up the following theoretical hypothesis; even if the use of the Internet tool for communications increases, the conversation power doesn’t decrease enough to adversely affect quality of life (QOL). It was investigated and analyzed statistically based on questionnaire surveys of university students in the information sciences, and the hypothesis was analyzed by the structural equation model. As a result, it was verified that the adverse effect that the use of the Internet tool for communication caused for the conversation power was very small. However, if altruistic information in the Internet was not sent, the possibility of decreasing the conversation power was suggested.
