There are problems, such as local specification, functional duplication, weakness of anti-earthquake, in government information systems. In order to solve these problems four architecture methods are mentioned. This paper analyzed how to use four methods, and examined that effectiveness through case studies of Shizuoka City and Kanagawa Prefecture.
