In late years, libraries of various places have introduced an E-library. Aoyama Gakuin University School of Social Informatics has been operating an E-library since April, 2013. An E-library has been used by doing the extensive reading assignments. This investigation did the user survey. I considered utilization of university student’s E-library from the result of this survey. As a result, it has been understood that there is a problem in recommended system requirements in an E-library.
