Artifact design in recent years has focused on user experience. The experience of using artifacts results in subjective meaning generation for different users. To design the process of generating meaning, the concept of information defined in the dynamic phase is available. Dynamic information understands the relationship between users and artifacts as a process to generate meanings. This research reviews earlier research on the concept of information and attempts to examine a method for quantitatively measuring the generated meaning.
