抄録

This paper shows a trial of visualization of a collective consensus building process in local councils. Although visualization there is a problem in terms of accuracy, there is the advantage of easy-to-understand. But if we use it well, it will contribute not only the evolution of democracy, but also the efficient parliamentary and effective policymaking.
