National ICT strategy of the Korean government starts from the government computerization in 1975, it has been development ICT industry starting with the 1999 Cyber Korea 21. Strategy changed with the development of technology. The most important social and economic challenges are included in ICT strategy. Recent ICT strategy is made focus on cyber security. Among the national ICT strategy, increased the importance of cyber security.
