抄録

In this paper, we examine the relationship between Open Data and the information disclosure system of local governments. Also, research on the movement of the latest country and consider the commercialization of Open Data. Furthermore, we will outline the policies on the protection of personal information in our country, and will discuss the relationship between local public entities and Open Data.
