抄録

This paper is aiming to clarify how is the situation of information-oriented environment for youth in the Kingdom of Bhutan. Even in Bhutan, ICTs spread rapidly, but the process of ICT penetrating and social and cultural background has specificity here. Through the case study for students in Royal University of Bhutan, I focus on the actual situation of communication between Bhutanese youth, and highlight its specificity.
