Self-Regulation of Underage Drinking in TV Animation

Abstract

This paper aims to clarify the characteristics of self-regulations in Japanese TV animation. To exemplify that, this paper focuses on various depictions of underage drinking in Anime and analyzes those reasons and excuses for depicting such scenes.
