This research reconfirms the history of domestic industrial location policy and analyzes industrial development policy Ruby City MATSUE project using programming language Ruby from the viewpoint of "discussion on new industrial clusters". Furthermore, research on the movement of the latest country and exploring the road signs of industrial concentration by regional policy.
