Since the nursing-care insurance system started in 2000, interest in regional welfare's informationization has expanded. Especially, the information nursing care workers must deal is very large, so how to make effective use among multiple occupations using Information technology is considered to be a big problem. In addition, it is necessary to consider effective medical and nursing-care cooperation efforts so that comprehensive and continuous service can be offered not only to users who have entered nursing care facilities but also to users who seek overall welfare I think there is.
