A study on the relationship between discussion in councils and Open Data implementation system in local governments

Abstract

This study aims to clarify the relationship between the actual situation of open data efforts in prefectures and the discussions in Congress. Prefectures are expected to play a leading role in promoting open data in open data initiatives. Therefore, by focusing on the status of efforts in prefectures, we will consider future open data promotion.
