As the number of asynchronous and personalized experiences has been increasing due to the spread of mobile phones and smartphones, we analyze the human relationships in the workplace where many spend the most of the day from the perspective of human resource management. According to behavioral economics, there are significant factors that is strongly related to the happiness; health, human relationships, and self-determination. Therefore, Enjin Co., Ltd. has provided the well-being management program to its employees, and we have successfully accomplished the reduction of employee turnover rate from 25% to 5%.
