This paper focuses on telework, which has become to be used widespread after the spread of COVID-19 infection. We discuss companies' strategy that have introduced telework and contributed to improving the work-life balance of female employees. We do not only consider on the cases of companies that accomplished the improvement the work-life balance of female, but also think about the problems of companies that have to cancelled telework. So that, we mention the significance of telework and how to introduce telework.
