Abstract

The essence of the Japanese tea culture is nothing but an exchange in the tea ceremony called "Chaji" that lasts about four hours. It is thought that this exchange can only be established between trained people, but in order to continue the culture, it is important to gain the support of a wide range of people and expand the base. This time, we examined the extent to which the relationship between the main customers, which was considered difficult, was established in the tea ceremony experience mainly for amateurs through the newly developed tea ceremony experience site. As a result, it was shown that sufficient formal exchange could be established between the host and the guest.
