The issue of prolonged use of the Internet and video games by young people is being discussed in society. In particular, under the CVID-19 disaster, it has been pointed out that youths' prolonged use of the Internet may be increasing the risk of Internet dependence. This study addressed the analysis of the relationship between youth Internet and game usage time and dependence attitudes as defined in the Internet Addiction Test (IAT). The analysis showed that more than half of the subjects who spent less than one hour on the Internet or playing games were classified as users for whom the Internet could have an impact on their lives. Therefore, based on the results, it is necessary to consider how the IAT should be operated.
