This paper shows the system for improving the User Experience (UX) of the university and how to implement it. This paper also shows how to promote the Digital Transformation (DX) project in a large organization such as the university. Almost two years have passed since the spread of the COVID-19. At the time of writing, the number of infections has been increasing and decreasing in Japan. Basic infection control measures are continuing, however COVID-19 restrictions have eased. At the university, face-to-face classes were started. Therefore, students are return to attend the university campus since then. Congestion is occurring in a space where many people gather such as a cafeteria. It is necessary to propose how to use a cafeteria while avoiding congestion with new mechanism by DX using information technology. Regardless of spreading infections, the facility congestion become issues. Then, it is important to improve UX at the facilities on campus. In this paper, we show the outline of the DX at university and examined the way of promoting project and the feasibility.
