Evaluation of fine bubbles by cryo method

Abstract

Dynamic light scattering method using laser and Brownian motion tracking method are mainly used as a method of measuring fine bubbles, but in particular it is difficult to discriminate whether it is an impurity or not for the presence of bubbles of 1 μm or less It is cited as an issue. Therefore, as a method of evaluating fine bubbles, observation was attempted using cryo transmission electron microscopy.
