Materials informatics for interface analysis

Abstract

Investigation of the atomic and electronic structure of interface or surface accompanies great difficulties due to their structural complexity. In this study, we combined theoretical calculation, atomic resolution analysis with machine learning. In particular, we will talk about 1) acceleration of interface structure searching by machine learning and 2) spectrum interpretation by machine learning in the presentation.
