Measurement of gas permeability of gas barrier film

Abstract

In practical application of flexible organic EL display, gas barrier plays an important role. There are various methods for measuring the barrier property, but an evaluation method with traceability guarantee has not been established. Accurate measurement of the gas permeability of the gas barrier film is extremely important for quality assurance. In order to guarantee traceability, we developed a differential pressure gas permeability measuring device equipped with standard conductance elements.
