We previously reported stochastic resonance (SR) in DNA/Cytochrome C molecular network with an external noise generator. For the realization of SR with molecular device, molecular noise generator is required. In this work, we report the line patterned conductive polymer / gold nanoparticles network in which the electrical noise was generated with the light irradiation (λ=532nm). The network was fabricated between the gold electrodes by nanopipette. The noise amplitude was approximately 10-3 times the current level and stable during the optical stimulation. We will also discuss the mechanism of noise generation at the presentation.
