We found that the electrical transport property of the rGO films synthesized from defective GO through thermal treatment in reactive ethanol vapor at high temperature (1100℃) shows the band-like transport with small thermal activation energy that occurs during high carrier mobility (210cm2/Vs). Electrical and structural analysis using XAFS and PES reveal that the excellent electrical properties are caused by an extraordinary expansion of the conjugated π electron system in rGO due to the efficient restoration of the graphitic structure.
