This study proposes an assessment method for failure probability and fragility of reinforced concrete (RC) members subjected to blast pressure and high velocity impact. In the proposed method, failure probabilities of local damage and global failure induced by blast pressure and high velocity impact were calculated by the Monte Carlo simulation. This method was applied to estimate the fragility curve of a RC member over prescribed loading range. As an example of explosion accidents, structural design of a RC member using the required performance matrix of blast pressure and high velocity impact was demonstrated.
