Abstract

The purpose of this research is to confirm the relation of PCaPC poles dynamics characteristics and tension force. This study shows the result of bending test of PCaPC poles subjected to cyclic loading and measurement of PCaPC poles behavior to confirm the degree of tension force reduction. Furthermore, a finite element analysis method simulating the experimental result was used to analize the relation of dynamics characteristics and tension force. Experimental and analytical results confirm the possibility that the properties change when the tension force is reduced to 60%. However, the possibility of this occurrence in a real environment is extremely low.
