The incidence in megakaryocytes with hypersegmentation of nuclear lobes was increased in the bone marrow of rats when fed on a diet deficient in folic acid with an addition of sulfaguanidine for a period of 2-3 weeks.
About this Journal The Tohoku Journal of Experimental Medicine (TJEM) was founded in 1920
by professors of Tohoku Imperial University, Medical School.
