抄録
1. The preparation of yakriton, the detoxicating liver hormone, has been described with some chemical properties of yakriton.
2. Further experience of potency testing of yakriton has been described with three necessary conditions for its standardization of yakriton. The first condition concerns the class of rabbits to be used; the second condition deals with the actual method of potency tcsting, and the third, newly added to the preceeding two conditions, stipulates the biological purity of yakriton.
