(1) Accuracy of Haden-Hausser's erythrocytometer was tested in cases of pathologically marked anisocytosis with 25 blood samples.
(2) The result showed an error up to 0.5μ or more may occur in such cases, especially if the inner red ring is used as was suggested by Haden.
(3) After all, the yellow ring is the best for the examination of any sort of blood samples.
