I examined the change of blood picture of 8 infants nursed with completely or almost completely Arakawa-negative milk due to the ad-ministration of vitamin B to these infants and to their mothers, and ob-tained qualitatively almost the same results in the weakly Arakawa-positive group: red cell count increased and platelet count decreased, and the blood picture drew near the normal picture after the vitamin administration. Only, the increase of red cell count and the decrease of the platelet count were more remarkable in the present group than in the weakly Arakawa-positive group.
