Abstract

CuInSe₂ crystals have been prepared at 1050℃ using compound substances as sources. We investigated the possibility of making crystals of using X-ray diffraction and evaluated the samples by surface morphology. The crystals show the X-ray diffraction pattern of CuInSe₂ with chalcopyrite structure.
