Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the structure of customer's consciousness by applying the theory of the psychology about consciousness structure behind the customer's needs for public transport. Customer-oriented principle is the basis of this analysis. This study is useful for developing policy evaluation system and improving quality of public transport service, as it is based on a shared understanding of the outcomes with cooperation between partners.
