In earthquake disaster conquest research, three working groups were organized and were
assigned to a theme and four examination problems every group. I had a theme of “advancement of
the management and the reinforcement of the toughness,” and WG-B repeated examination until the
end of 2012. Including the report of Oukan symposium, I report the progress for the examination
problem.
