抄録

The reproducibility, variation and operator dependence of newly developed KANEBO SYSTEM were compared with those of Rotary Static Tester (RST) and Faraday's Cage Method prescribed in JIS L 1094 (1980) in Part 1 and 2. And, it was proved that KANEBO SYSTEM has higher accuracy, higher reproducibility, lower variation and smaller operator dependence than those of above-mentioned existing methods.
Temperature and humidity dependence of frictional charge and it's decay rate of varied kinds of fibers has been investigated by KANEBO SYSTEM. And, it has been concluded that the optimum condition to evaluate antistatic properties is 25°C and 30-35 % RH from the viewpoint of practical and stable measurement.
