A New Erasing Scheme in Color AC-PDPs

Abstract

Recently, a color Plasma Display has been expected as a large screen display. The panel driving margin decreases as the panel size increases. This paper proposes a new technique, superposition erase-pulse, and reports that this technique exhibits enough erasing margin comparing with a conventional narrow erase-pulse technique.
