Deveropment of MgO Paste for Protecting Layer in ac Plasma Display

Abstract

We developed new MgO paste of T-5α in order to use thick-film-printing technology for fabricating MgO protecting layer in ac plasma displays. It is confirmed that sustaining voltage of ac plasma display with screen printed MgO protecting layer is almost the same value of that with vacuum evaporated one.
