Circuit models of an edge and its motion detection.

Abstract

The intelligent image sensor to detect an edge and a motion are strongly demanded, because of high speed and high performance processing. We have investigated the algorithms of an edge detection and a motion detection, closely related to the parallel processing. The performance of the edge detection of developed circuit is experimentally demonstrated for stationary and moving step-edge-inputs.
