Abstract
This paper introduces the interface equipment and the digital compressed-video transmission system via fiber optics network/DS-3. When locations of studio (encoders) site and satellite uplink site are separated each other, it is possible to transmit digital compressed-video via DS-3 without any degradation of its quality.
