This paper describes a simple conversion method to obtain stereoscopic images from monoscopic images picked up by a single camera. The camera horizontally rotates surrounding objects to an anti-clockwise direction. A camera output signal and its delayed signal correspond a right eye's image and a left's one with parallax respectively.
