We developed a new highly sensitive image device named Electron Bombardment Amplified MOS Imager with lage intake image plate of 44mm diameter, and realized ultrahigh sensitivity toreduce the image in one fourth. It has had a week point to get damages by over incident light. We have achieved 100% recovery of the damages by a brief heating. Then it has been applied to shoot Hyakutake's comet and has worked very effective.
