Improvement of resolution in 64x64 HgCdTe IRCCD image has been achieved with the newly developed micro scanner. The scanner has 2-axial thin prisms and piezoelectric actuators between a lens and the IRCCD. It scans 2x2 points of view in 120 Hz to interpolate the gap of each pixel, and displays 4 times pixel in 30 Hz. NBTD (Noise equivalent Temperature difference) was 0.06 K at this imager.
