Abstract
In this paper we showed the focusing process that develops following clearing a space by the body sense method. Clearing a space by the body sense method emphasizes creating a space in the body. We reported the case of the focusing session held by a female focuser and made a verbatim record of her focusing. The focuser started focusing by creating a space by the body sense method and facilitated her focusing process smoothly. She experienced the liberation of mind and body and gained her new awareness. She promoted her experiencing process in a self-directed manner in the subsequent focusing. We clarified the development of focusing process that follows clearing a space. We discussed how the guide could help the focuser to move forward with his or her experiencing.
