This paper discusses the Machizukuri of the community network through the case study of the Four Regions Slum Network in Thailand.The purpose of the study is (1) to examine the factors of the organizing process of the community networks, (2) clarify the process of Machizukuri through the community network’s activities, (3) to show the possibility of the community network in Machizukuri. This paper points out that (1) the characteristics of the community network can see theme and cooperation, (2) social capital, outside organizations, theme and cooperation are important factor for organization of communities and community networks, (3) Machizukuri through the community network has practiced by the flexible learning processes, (4) the possibility of the community network was suggested by Machizukuri of the poor. In conclusion, it suggests the possibility of the Machizukuri of the poor to other developing countries.
