Abstract
Using our fluoromicroscopic method, variations of riboflavin of retina in relation to the morphological changes of it were observed histochemically. It is noticed that riboflavin distribution varies in close connection with the movement of pigment granule in pigment epithel cells. It is consdered that riboflavin of rods, being supplied from pigment granule at light adaptation, is concerned in the formation of rhodopsin with co-existing vitamin A in them at dark adaptation.
