Abstract
When 10.5mg/kg of thiamineallyldisulfide was injected subcutaneously to a rabbit for four days, the urinary excretion of pyridoxine and riboflavin was gradually decreased and the rabbit died at the last day of injection. When 52.5 mg/kg of thiamineallyldisulfide was injected to another rabbit for two days, the urinary excretion of riboflavin on the first day and that of pyridoxine on the second day were increased sharply and then dropped below normal.
